This Privacy Policy explains how SaybySong ("we", "us", "our"), operated by UPYOJAN PRIVATE LIMITED, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1Who we are

SaybySong is a brand operated by UPYOJAN PRIVATE LIMITED, from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. You can reach us at customer.support@saybysong.com — see our Contact Us page.

2Information we collect

• Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We never see or store your Google password.
• Song details you provide: names, relationships, pronunciations, dates, special requests, and any other details you enter during the interview, used to write and generate your personalized song or video.
• Photos you upload: if you choose to include photos in a video order, we store them only to produce and deliver that order.
• Order & payment information: order status, selected format, price paid, and promo codes used. Card/UPI/bank details are entered directly with our payment processor, Cashfree Payments — we never see or store them.
• Technical information: basic data needed to operate the Service, such as your sign-in session state.

3How we use your information

We use your information to: generate your personalized song or video based on the details you provide; process payment for your order; deliver your song or video by email (and, if you choose, to a recipient's email at a scheduled time); respond to support requests; and maintain your order history.

4Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• Google Cloud / Firebase: hosting, sign-in, and secure storage of your account, order, and media data.
• Google Agent Runtime (Vertex AI): processes the song details you provide to generate your interview, lyrics, and style.
• OpenAI: processes name/word pronunciations you provide, solely to help generate your song.
• Cashfree Payments: processes your payment. We only receive confirmation and the final amount charged, never your card/UPI/bank credentials.

These providers may process data on servers located outside India in the course of providing these services to us.

5Data storage & retention

Your account, order, and media data are stored securely in our Google Cloud database and storage for as long as you have an account or as needed to support your order history. Interview session state used while generating a song is automatically deleted no later than 7 days after it's created. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time — see Section 7.

6Your content & photos

You retain rights to the personal information, memories, and photos you submit. We use them solely to generate, deliver, and support your order, as described in our Terms & Conditions. You must have the right to submit any photos you upload.

7Your rights & choices

You can email customer.support@saybysong.com at any time to: access or request a copy of your data; correct inaccurate information; or request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to what we need to keep for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (such as payment records). If you have a privacy or data concern you'd like formally reviewed, or aren't satisfied with how a request was handled, see our Grievance Officer page for how to raise it.

You can also withdraw any consent you've previously given — including marketing communications and the Terms & Privacy Policy consent required to use the Service — at any time from the Privacy & Consent section of your Profile. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and is not the same as deleting your data: records we're required to keep by law (such as payment and tax records) are retained even after a consent is withdrawn.

8Cookies & similar technology

We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Signing in with Google uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in; no third-party ad-tracking cookies are set by us.

9Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10Security

We use industry-standard safeguards provided by Google Cloud/Firebase to protect your data, and payments are handled directly by Cashfree Payments' secure systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

11Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
